Wongamat Beach Condominium will be a 55-storey luxury condominium building located in North Pattaya, located adjacent to Wongamat beach in Chonburi province.

The 39,000m2 project includes a tower with 216 units, a specialist restaurant, gym facilities, pool bar and extensive external landscaping including gardens, ponds and pools.

EEC Lincolne Scott provided an integrated service to the project and were appointed as the consultants for MEP engineering services, as well as Structural and Geotechnical Engineers for the development.

The site was a Green Field site, and given the size of the building, the engineering of safe foundations was analysed as part of the structural and civil engineering design.

The height and population of this building means that extra consideration of the fire and life safety systems is required.

This project will be delivered in Building Information Modelling (BIM)/ Revit format.
